All rooms at Nevis Estate feature a minibar stocked with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (available for purchase), a 55" flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, hairdryer, coffee, tea, bottled water, and bath amenities. Pool towels are also provided when the pool is in season. Each room has its own private bathroom.

Yes. The Talisker Room is our ground floor room and is an excellent option for guests who have difficulty with stairs.

Each room is equipped with either one queen-size or one king-size bed. We do not offer rooms with two twin beds.

A rollaway bed for an adult or child may be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee. Not all rooms are eligible for this service. Cribs are also available upon request, subject to availability and a fee plus HST. Please contact us in advance to confirm.

Children under 12 years old stay free when sharing the existing bed in the room. Breakfast for children aged 2 and older is available for an additional fee plus HST.

We use hypoallergenic pillows and duvets in all rooms for the comfort and well-being of all guests.

The mini fridge in each room is stocked with beverages available for purchase. We kindly ask guests not to remove these items to make room for personal food or drinks. If items are found missing, damaged, or spoiled, charges may apply even if they were not consumed. If you need space for personal items, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Yes. As Perth is a heritage town with active railway tracks running through the area, train sounds can occasionally be heard. We provide complimentary earplugs to all guests as a courtesy. Please see our "Town of Perth" section for more information about the local environment.
