Yes, we have one guest room located on the ground floor; The Talisker Room. It is a great option for guests who may have difficulty with stairs.

What is included in the rooms?

Each room at Nevis Estate is uniquely designed, but all share a sense of modern comfort and thoughtful touches. Every room includes the little indulgences guests love — a minibar stocked with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase, 55' flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, hairdryer, coffee, tea, bottled water, and bath amenities as standard. Pool towels are also provided when the pool is open.

Can I upgrade my room?

Yes, upgrades may be possible depending on availability at the time of your request or arrival. We offer a variety of room types, and upgrade pricing varies based on the room category. Please contact us in advance or inquire at check-in.

What type of bed do you have?

Each room is equipped with either one queen-size bed or one king-size bed.

Do you have rooms with two twin beds?

Accepted Answer

No, we do not have rooms with two twin beds. All of our guest rooms feature one main bed. If you require an additional sleeping arrangement, a rollaway bed may be available upon request for an additional fee (subject to availability).

What type of pillows and duvets do you provide?

We only use hypoallergenic pillows and duvets for your comfort and well-being.

Do you have rooms with two beds?

Unfortunely no, each of our rooms features one bed. If you require an additional sleeping arrangement, a rollaway bed may be available upon request for an additional fee (subject to availability).

Yes, every room in our hotel is equipped with its own private bathroom for our guest convenience

Can I get an extra bed for an adult or children to my room?

Extra beds can be requested, subject to availability. Not all rooms are applicable for this service. You can see if your room is eligible for an extra bed. An extra bed is subject to a surcharge.

Do children stay free?

Children under 12 years old stay free when using the existing bed in the room. Breakfast for children aged 2 years and older is available for an additional fee plus HST.

Can I get a crib sent to my room?

Cribs can be requested, subject to availability. Cribs are available and subject to a fee + HST.

Do you have a fridge in the room?

Yes, all of our rooms are equipped with a mini fridge. These are stocked with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase. We kindly ask guests not to remove items from the minibar fridge for personal storage.

Can I move the items in the mini fridge if I bring my own drinks and snacks?

We kindly ask that guests do not remove the alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages stocked in the mini fridge, as these items are available for purchase. If items are removed, missing, damaged, or spoiled, charges may apply - even if they were not consumed. If you need space for personal items, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
