Nevis Estate was built around 1842 by Reverend Michael Harris. Its Colonial/Georgian style sits beautifully on 4 acres of land. It's easy 10 minute walk to the main street of historical picturesque Perth makes it possible to leave your car and still enjoy the many restaurants and unique shops.
Even the walk along the beautiful old houses of Drummond Street is a treat.

It has been owned by many illustrious owners including Senator McLaren and the Perkins family of Perth.

Some years it was unoccupied so we have really worked hard to make this a beautiful place to stay and enjoy. 

We have a 40' outdoor swimming pool and lots of space to relax or enjoy a walk under the trees.

We have 5 large bedrooms each with its own 3 piece bathroom and 1 with a Jacuzzi bath as well.

We look forward to serving you specialty breakfasts and catering to your special dietary needs.

Nevis Estate is within 1hour of Ottawa, Kingston, Brockville, 1000 Islands and the U.S. and 3 hours drive to Toronto or Montreal.
